No user created when ordering with existing domain

Dear Members,

 

I have a technical question, that is when I order a new product and at the domain selection I select the "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" option after finishing ordering the WHM user won't be created. What could be the problem? I'm using Flathost theme.

Any advice would be appreciated!

You would need to ensure the connection between WHMCS and your server is setup correctly under:

 

- Setup > Products/Services > Servers

 

(In the WHMCS admin panel)

I forgot to mention that if I create a new domain then it is working, so I assume it is set up correctly.

If the auto-setup is not occurring please begin your troubleshooting by watching the following video tutorial:

 

If that doesn't help please review Utilities > Activity Log at the time of ordering for any error messages which should explain what the problem is. An explanation of common error messages can be found at:

The solution was to change in the Product/Services - Module settings to "Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed"

It could be the error that the test package is free and no payment is received.
