Thanks for the reply! The solution was to change in the Product/Services - Module settings to "Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed" It could be the error that the test package is free and no payment is received.

I forgot to mention that if I create a new domain then it is working, so I assume it is set up correctly.

Dear Members, I have a technical question, that is when I order a new product and at the domain selection I select the "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" option after finishing ordering the WHM user won't be created. What could be the problem? I'm using Flathost theme. Any advice would be appreciated!
