Vox
Hi, I'm running php 5.4.45 on apache 2.2.31 with MySQL 5.5.44-MariaDB-cll-lve and recently upgraded to version 6.2.0. I've noticed that the cron job is suspending accounts as required but there is an issue with auto termination. The accounts are being terminated in cPanel/WHM but this is not registered in WHMCS, they are still showing as suspended. Clearly when I try to terminate them manually this fails as they no longer exist on the server. The cron job email shows: - ERROR: Manual Terminate Required - An unknown error occurred - package - domain - user name (Service ID: number - User ID: number) Activity logs show: Cron Job: ERROR: Manual Terminate Required - An unknown error occurred - package - domain - user name (Service ID: number - User ID: number) Module Terminate Failed - Service ID: number - Error: An unknown error occurred Cron Job: Terminating Service - Service ID: number Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a "new" setting I've missed?
Administrators WHMCS John Posted January 15, 2016 Administrators Share Posted January 15, 2016 Hi, cPanel doesn't sync this data back to WHMCS, so if you perform an action in WHM you'll need to update the record in WHMCS manually.
Vox
Hi John, Thanks. Resolved it by increasing PHP memory limit to 128M as it was set at 64M
