Auto terminate works in cPanel/WHM but shows error in WHMCS

Hi,

I'm running php 5.4.45 on apache 2.2.31 with MySQL 5.5.44-MariaDB-cll-lve and recently upgraded to version 6.2.0.

I've noticed that the cron job is suspending accounts as required but there is an issue with auto termination.

The accounts are being terminated in cPanel/WHM but this is not registered in WHMCS, they are still showing as suspended. Clearly when I try to terminate them manually this fails as they no longer exist on the server.

The cron job email shows:

- ERROR: Manual Terminate Required - An unknown error occurred - package - domain - user name (Service ID: number - User ID: number)

Activity logs show:

Cron Job: ERROR: Manual Terminate Required - An unknown error occurred - package - domain - user name (Service ID: number - User ID: number)

Module Terminate Failed - Service ID: number - Error: An unknown error occurred

Cron Job: Terminating Service - Service ID: number

Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a "new" setting I've missed?
