tkalfaoglu
I first set up overage billing (plesk servers) to be Monthly.. So people started getting invoices for $0.50 , $1.50, etc.. Nobody was happy. So I changed it so that it would add the overages to the next invoice to be created for that customer. What I wonder is: Sometimes the customer does not pay that invoice, or wants changes to it. If that invoice goes unpaid, cancelled, etc, does the due overage carry to the Next invoice to be created for that person, or is that overage due lost when the invoice is cancelled? I of course would rather see it get carried on and not thrown away when the invoice is cancelled.
Administrators WHMCS John Posted January 5, 2016 Administrators Share Posted January 5, 2016 Hi, If an invoice were cancelled the items from it would not be moved to another invoice; late fees, overage fees or otherwise.
