bollocks
I woke up this morning to find out about 50% of the domains in the system are suddenly marked as 'fraud'. Also the renewal end expirydate had been set to 000000 I send a supportticket to WHMCS but no reply yet. Anybody ever seen this?
bollocks
Out of 5664 domains there are 3794 marked as fraud. Its impossible to correct this by hand but it must be corrected as this will kill my business! Still no reply from WHMCS. Are there any paid exparts out there who can help in such an emergency?
sentq
What version of WHMCS you currently run? What Registrar module? If you need to hire someone you can post in Marketplace forum, also you can get you ticket to WHMCS replied faster if you pay for Fast-Track support
brian!
also, I assume you've got database backups that you could use to restore the database?
bollocks
I just discovered the fasttrack and someone is logged in now. Restoring a database after a day is quite useless as by now we have new customers, new domains etc. I guess somehow a Mysql query that turns all the 'fraud' back to 'Active' must be possible...?
sentq
I guess somehow a Mysql query that turns all the 'fraud' back to 'Active' must be possible...? yes it can be done this way, you need someone to check the system for you first
brian! I guess somehow a Mysql query that turns all the 'fraud' back to 'Active' must be possible...? yes - but if someone from WHMCS is logged in, it's probably best to see what they say the cause and solution is first.
