TheTechLounge
So performed the update to 6.1.0 but when I goto Help--> Check for updates I still get the old "check for updates" screen. If I load systemhealthandupdates.php I just get a black page.
brian!
So performed the update to 6.1.0 but when I goto Help--> Check for updates I still get the old "check for updates" screen. there is no Help -> Check For Updates any more is there? not on mine v6 dev anyway. the two things that I would try would be to clear the template cache and see if that helps - or failing that, install the update again.
Si
If I'm reading this correctly (judging by the title of the thread), I think what you probably need to go to the Setup > Staff Management > Administrator Roles page and tick the appropriate Administrator role to edit and select 'Health and Updates' to add this to your menu list in the HELP section. brian!
...any more ideas??? try a different browser to ensure it's not been caused by a browser cache issue? switch admin templates to another template, see if it works and then switch back?? ultimately, it may be worth opening a ticket with support for them to look at your system. also, I think that the page is bugged anyway... http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?106218-System-Health-and-Updates-says-system-cron-tasks-have-not-been-ran-but-they-have that probably isn't causing your issue, so I mention it in passing - personally, if you think everything else is working correctly, I wouldn't overly worry about this page.
