Action hook to sort clients into client groups?

I'm using Lee's Client Groups mod here:

https://clients.no-half-pixels.com/whmcs-set-client-groups

I thought this product did what I wanted, but it doesn't. I've also raised a feature request with NHP themselves.

This is what I need:

If I create 10 client groups (each determined by their monthly spend) and each given 10 different levels of discount, applied to each one. I would like the daily cron or some action hook to apply the logic to move the clients into each group (depending on their monthly spend). (once per day).

Currently, it appears you can set the groups up with this logic using the above mod, but nothing happens automatically and each client has to be moved into the groups manually. This is impossible to do with thousands of clients.

The logic should move them up into the relevant group, and also down (ie if they cancel services) etc.

i.e., Month 1 - if client A spend > £10 per month, then move them to discount group 2 (10% discount)

Month 2 - client A spend < £10 per month, then move them to discount group 1 (5% discount)

If you know the module above, then you will know the spend, discount and groups logic is already in place. Its simply the hook or cron to make it automatic that I require.
