WHMCS support lethargic?

I need to open a ticket for support. Is the client forum access different than the client access correct? I am using a inMotion reseller account with a leased WHMCS license. IN order to log in to the client area for support I need to create a log in. Only way is to purchase whmcs but I already have it. I need access or create a profile so I can have help regarding an issue with my WHMCS installation.
