pifive
Been waiting for 6 days a response from the WHMCS support... Still nothing. I though we had great support. To whom may I voice my concerns now?

Infopro
Where is the ticket you've been waiting for 6 days on? You might try posting on the forums here with your issue while waiting for a reply from WHMCS. That ticket says you couldn't post to the forums, but you can, you have.
pifive
I need to open a ticket for support. Is the client forum access different than the client access correct? I am using a inMotion reseller account with a leased WHMCS license. IN order to log in to the client area for support I need to create a log in. Only way is to purchase whmcs but I already have it. I need access or create a profile so I can have help regarding an issue with my WHMCS installation. Posted the request last week.
Infopro
You posted the ticket you provided the ID for yesterday, yesterday. Posting to these forums is not tied to your WHMCS license, no matter where you purchased it, in any way.

brian!
you could try contacting Reseller Support - you shouldn't need to login to open a ticket from there. http://www.whmcs.com/reseller-support/
