brian!
might be a javascript clash or incomplete upload - is this a custom theme or are you using a default template? if non-custom, i'd be tempted to upload the files again to see if that solved the issue.
smitch6
it's the standard theme on a custome theme i just kept getting a loop to the products page
brian!
well if you haven't modified any files, reuploading shouldn't hurt and might fix it.
smitch6
just re-installed all files and checkout still not working
brian!
just re-installed all files and checkout still not working ok, then you're into the stage of ruling the possible causes out. firstly, I would change orderform templates (either generally, for this product group - or both)... if, when using a different template, you can checkout - then the problem lies with your previous orderform. btw - is this v5.3 or v6 ?
smitch6
i have tried a dif template i'm using six and 5 didn't work at all and my custom template to match my website didn't work either they both kept looping the orders
brian!
they're the theme templates - but have you tried changing the orderform templates ? http://docs.whmcs.com/Ordering_Tab#Default_Order_Form_Template

brian!
I am having the same issue. It seems to be happeing only in Chrome. are you completing all the contact info fields ? if not, it moves the cursor to the next required box and only when all required fields are complete, can you press the checkout button and continue the order.
kylenowack
Yes, all fields have been filled out. Im running 6.0.1.
kylenowack
It seems like it may only be happening on the modern checkout. Also if this helps, when I switched back to the modern check out theme in settings, I got this error. willk
We've seen this issue happening randomly for some clients usually using Chrome or FireFox. Where clicking the paypal button does nothing. Holding left shift and clicking the button will work in that case and open PayPal in a new window/tab. However, we haven't figured out exactly what causes it, whether it's a plugin or security setting.

Do you have custom template/theme or use the default?
