i'll gladly pay someone to get this sorted asap as i have customers waiting to sign up to restore their sites

where are these forms? and yes i'm using 6.0.1 only installed it yesterday

no i don't know how to do it i'm fairly new to this and when i set the old one up it was years ago lol if i pay you can you have a look pls? - - - Updated - - - really annoying as i had a paid for knowledgebase on there as well and i have no idea where i got it from so have lost that as well

i have tried a dif template i'm using six and 5 didn't work at all and my custom template to match my website didn't work either they both kept looping the orders

just re-installed all files and checkout still not working

it's the standard theme on a custome theme i just kept getting a loop to the products page

Had to do a fresh install due to a major server crash which has lost everything having done a new install and set-up products, payments, server etc i done a test purchase of a shared hosting product but when i get to the checkout part it just won't let me click the button any ideas pls?

i always used to use whmcs via my usual browser on my iphone whereas now it won't work is this because of the release of the app? i don't have $40 to spend on an app that i might use occasionally but i would like to be able to use it via my normal browser so why can't i?

don't think they do as i've never seen any notes on the invoices? it'd only be for those who pay via bank transfer really

acc number and sort code not sure why it put my post before yours tho?

acc numbers ie sort code etc

when a customer chooses to pay by bank transfer is there a way of setting something up so that the bank details show on the invoice so they can pay directly? i have a customer who doesn't log-in to the automated system actually they don't do anything on-line apart from email as i built and maintain their website. but any invoice generated i then have to email them the bank details seperately. thanks steve

i'm having the same problem as well with my captcha altho mine doesn't tell me it's entered correctly it just goes back to the same page has anyone found any cure pls?

thanks found it now altho i would like it to show this months est income on the admin page but that'll do for now

thanks for the reply I can't see there what i want tho on the front admin page there's an 'income forecast' which tells you the monthly/yearly income etc but i want it to tell me how much i have coming in this coming month which would include the monthly accounts and any yearly payments due this month it shows the monthly in general but if i have a couple of yearly accounts due this month it would obviously be dif

Is there a mod that shows you the income for this month? i know it shows a monthly and yearly income etc but i'd like it to show me how much i have coming in this actual month because some ppl pay yearly so their income would be on this months etc hope that makes sense lol

also the login to webmail link is wrong as well?

On the client area there is a linked button allowing them to log-in to their cpanel account this points to the wrong address is there a way i can change it pls?

mmmmmm ok thanks i found it and yes it is on a dif account lol how do i transfer it over onto this account any ideas pls

strange question here lol i set this whmcs up ages ago and can't rem what database name i used it was actually set up on a dif account originally and i have a horrid feeling the DB may be on a dif account :~ anyway is there a way to find out the DB name? i have searched through all the pages of whmcs but can't actually find the DB name any ideas pls?

Hi how can i add an extra question on the client registration page pls? i want to know how ppl found my site thanks steve

i figured out the problem i think it stayed on the same page but i was playing with the css style today and changed some colours and now it's showing up lots of text was white on a white background so i couldn't see anything lol just need to sort more TLD's out now thanks

Hi i've made whmcs to match my site following the instructional video but i have a problem on a couple of pages only? http://www.christianhosting.org.uk/whmcs/cart.php'>http://www.christianhosting.org.uk/whmcs/cart.php look at the top menu bar http://www.christianhosting.org.uk/ this is what it should look like any ideas pls how i can sort this thanks steve

did anyone manage to sort this? where once someone has an ac on the whmcs system the smf forum automatically registers them so they don't have to register again? thanks
