LETALY2K
Hello WHMCS, Is your support working? I mean i sent a ticket yesterday regarding a problem that i'm having with my license, and i still haven't received any answer yet. The ticket id is #PID-320300 To make it short, here's my problem: I want to move my WHMCS license to another domain, i buyed the license a few years ago in 2013 and my updates and support for that license expired in 2014 on 15th December. My question is where can i get a good version which i can use with my license, since i cannot use the latest version 6.0.1 due to my expiration date of my updates. Forgot to mention that my license is One Time No Branding. Waiting for an answer... Best Regards.
easyhosting
Renew your updates and should have access to the updated version. just install WHMCS on your new domain and remove it from old domain and then reissue the licence from your WHMCS account
brian!
Renew your updates and should have access to the updated version. just install WHMCS on your new domain and remove it from old domain and then reissue the licence from your WHMCS account I don't think he wants to spend any money on updates - he just wants to get hold of a copy of the last version permitted with his license (v5.3.10)! I think the only legitimate way to get hold on a version that old, would be from WHMCS directly - so you may need to wait for their ticket reply. having said that, considering that there have been 3 maintenance releases, plus one security update of v5.3, since your license expired, as easyhosting suggests, it may be worth paying for the latest v5 release (v5.3.14) or v6.0.1.
easyhosting
well http://download.whmcs.com/ only has the patch set for 5.3.10. also 5.3 will become EOL on October 31, 2015, so if the OP has a owned licence with an expired upgrade/support, they the best option would be to renew the upgrade/support addon, so you can get the latest stable version
brian!
well http://download.whmcs.com/ only has the patch set for 5.3.10. even if you log into WHMCS, you can't download the older full versions. also 5.3 will become EOL on October 31, 2015, so if the OP has a owned licence with an expired upgrade/support, they the best option would be to renew the upgrade/support addon, so you can get the latest stable version that may depend on what he needs it for, e.g if it were used purely for automated billing, he might not necessarily need the latest version - perhaps v5.3.10 will be enough for him until the fabled v6.1 appears.
easyhosting
even if you log into WHMCS, you can't download the older full versions. that's what i am saying they only offer the patches for some older versions. This is why when new releases are issued i download a copy and store it on external disk drive as you never know when you may need it

Exactly, for now i want some old version that works with my license. I will buy the updates/support in a few weeks, i know it's better that way, but for now i have no other choice but to install an older version and later on to upgrade to 6.0.1 or which ever version comes out. well http://download.whmcs.com/ only has the patch set for 5.3.10. also 5.3 will become EOL on October 31, 2015, so if the OP has a owned licence with an expired upgrade/support, they the best option would be to renew the upgrade/support addon, so you can get the latest stable version Well as i said, i will buy the updates and support in a few weeks, as i had unexpected expenses this weekend, so for now i can't afford buying the updates. I know it's more stable and better overall, but i have no choice now. even if you log into WHMCS, you can't download the older full versions. that may depend on what he needs it for, e.g if it were used purely for automated billing, he might not necessarily need the latest version - perhaps v5.3.10 will be enough for him until the fabled v6.1 appears. Indeed i need it only for automated billing webhosting related, nothing more than that. that's what i am saying they only offer the patches for some older versions.
