V6 - Login to WHM / cPanel / Webmail is gone?

Hi,

Previously, on V5, there was 3 buttons: "Login to WHM", "Login to cPanel" and "Login to Webmail" directly from WHMCS.

It is now gone. Is it deprecated with V6?

We would like to get these working again as many customers got used to login into WHM / cPanel / Webmail this way. Any ideas on how to achieve this?

Thank you.

Ok, I see the cPanel and Webmail on the left bar. Very discreet, not easy to find to be honest.

Is it possible for you to provide a screenshot? Here is a screenshot of one of my client's client area. There is no login to cpanel link anywhere...

don't forget, there is a minimum requirement for these Cpanel features...

http://docs.whmcs.com/CPanel_Single_Sign-On#Requirements

To use cPanel Single Sign-On your servers need to be running cPanel & WHM 11.46 and higher.

To use the deep linking functionality used within the client area your servers need to be running cPanel & WHM 11.50 and higher.

so if you're using an older version of cPanel, you may not see these features.

That's crazy! I had to edit modules/servers/cpanel/templates/overview.tpl and add in a "Login to cpanel" button myself.

I wonder what's causing those links not be displayed?

Mine was doing this for a while but then randomly fixed it's self. Not too sure what to make of that.

SteveV, I was just wondering. Are you able to share the line of code you used to add the links?

Thanks! Re-doing/saving this fixed the bug for me. I can now see the login to cPanel, and login to webmail links.

Nope made no difference for me.

Did you click "Save Changes" on both the Products/Services -> Servers -> Server Group edit page, and the Products/Services -> Product/Services -> Web hosting modules page? . Clicking "Save Changes" on both of these page resolved the missing links issue for me.

seems daft having to do this when you already have server groups, its the last thing you need to do after having to nearly rewrite all custom themes to work with version 6

Updated WHMCS 6 but facing connection error with WHM - Cpanel as check in detail that new WHMCS connect work only Cpanel Version 11.46 and above versions its not a fair deal as many host including namecheap, bluehost still not update their Cpanel version so we are in trouble by update to V6 any idea to resolve issue or WHMCS Support Team added an option for both Cpanel Version like Single Sign on work with 11.46 and below version should be work as it worked before right now our all automation shutdown and hard to manage customer accounts.
