WPhosting Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 Hello I have an problem in WHMCS, I really hope someone can help me with this. When an customer make an order, it is given an order ID on the customer invoice, it also get an order ID within WHMCS, and here comes the problem, these 2 order ID are not the same. The order ID within WHMCS is always 1 figure less than the customers order ID that is automatic send out to the customer. I have looked and looked within WHMCS, but can't find where the erroe is.
