jadams Posted June 7, 2015 Share Posted June 7, 2015 Hello, i am fairly new to this. Every month it seems that my monthly subscribers are not getting their credit cards automatically billed. I use paypal as my gateway. How can i set it up so when the invoice is due their billing method is charged automatically? If they're just making one-time payments instead, you can encourage subscription usage by ticking the "Force Subscriptions" option under Setup > Payments > Payment Gateways. But if a client is late in paying, then they'll only see the option to make a one time payment that month (to prevent a subscription being created which would send late payment every month). 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
