Tech Support MacH Posted April 30, 2015 Share Posted April 30, 2015 A customer is attempting to transer a domain in to us from another Registrar, and the transfer failed, and the error message in the WHMcs module is " Registrar Error Authentication Error" Is there any method (aside from logging in to the Registrar dashboard) that would further explain this error?
