laffinboy Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 We had set one of our clients hosting accounts to cancel at the 'End of Billing Period'. And I have just noticed that since we set the cancellation for the client that no more domain reminders have been sent for the client's domain name - Is this correct behavior? The client has hosting and a domain name, we have only set the hosting account to be cancelled (about 45 days ago). And now it seems that no more 'Sent Domain Reminders' have been sent since the '60 days before expiry' notice. Any ideas on how to get the 'Sent Domain Reminders' to work again?
