parabuck
I have checked, double checked and reset all of my server settings in whmcs but for some reason I can no longer connect to my cpanel to create hosting products. It keeps giving me 'Failed: array' error message when I test the connection. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do to fix my issue?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 10, 2015 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 10, 2015 Hi, There are several possible causes for this behaviour: The cPanel server has Force SSL Redirect enabled in WHM but the secure connection is not enabled on the server in WHMCS Firewall restriction: The WHMCS server's IP address needs to be able to communicate with cPanel /etc/hosts.allow : WHM allows managing /etc/hosts.allow to deny all. They will need to add the WHMCS server's IP address to the /etc/hosts.allow list above the deny rule. This can also be caused by SELinux being enabled on the cPanel server. Hope that helps!
