problem with 2co and recurring

Hi,

 

I'm using 2co as payment gateway. When user goes to "Create Automated Recurring Subscription" he gets error "Unfortunately your payment attempt was not successful.

Please try again or contact support."

 

In gateway log it says:

                   code => UNAUTHORIZED
                   message => Authentication failed

       )

)

 

Does anyone knows what could be the problem?

Please notice that make off payment is working fine, problem appeared only with recurring payment.

Disable Recurring

 

When ticked clients will only be able to make one-time payments (subscriptions disabled). For recurring services they will be required to login and pay each invoice.

This suggests that the API username and password under Setup > Payments > Payment Gateways are being rejected. Please double-check them: http://docs.whmcs.com/2CheckOut#API_Username.2FPassword
