LeonM Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 Hi, After patching from 5.3.11 to 5.3.12 we get: License Noconnection ...we've submitted a ticket (#NEU-057248 - Urgent: License Noconnection), but so far no response from WHMCS. LeonM Posted March 5, 2015 Author Share Posted March 5, 2015 For us the issue turned out to be that the server's resolver had a caching problem. We updated to a known good resolver and that fixed the issue.
