Hi,

 

After patching from 5.3.11 to 5.3.12 we get:

 

License Noconnection

 

...we've submitted a ticket (#NEU-057248 - Urgent: License Noconnection), but so far no response from WHMCS.

 

Interestingly my dev version updated all OK.

 

An office full of people unable to work :(

For us the issue turned out to be that the server's resolver had a caching problem. We updated to a known good resolver and that fixed the issue.

 

If WHMCS had provided more information about how to fix this we would have been able to resolve it much quicker.

Thanks for following up here that the issue was caused by a server issue, I'm sure this be useful for other users who may experience a similar problem in future.
