when you editing your product options/details under "Module Settings" tab you can select the option "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received"

WHMCS Products Services.png

so when your client paid the first invoice the service will be created or available to download instantly

The product doesn't use Module since it's just a download

Hi,

I'm using the solusVM module and even if I checked the option "Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed" the product is not being created.

Is there a way to link the Autorelease module to solusVM module? Or is just not possible to automatically accept orders with solusVM module?

Thanks

is there any error messages in activity log?

check these pages:

Admin > Utilities > Logs > Activity Log

Admin > Utilities > Logs > Modules Log (enable it and run the "Create" function in your module to track any error occur)
