Todesengel
Hello, After I applied the 5.3.11 update, I am getting the error, "This webpage has a redirect loop" in google chrome. My htaccess file has not changed, what could of caused this and how can I fix it? Thanks
Todesengel
It seems to only be effecting my knowledegbase.php and index.php. The clientarea.php and cart.php and most of the other pages display and function as normal. I cannot figure out for the life of me whats going on. I individually tested each line in my htaccess file, none of them returned any results, and I have no cpanel redirects.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 22, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 22, 2014 Hi, What's in your .htaccess file? If you've customised it, does it work when the stock .htaccess file is restored? Is there a .htaccess file above the WHMCS directory?
Todesengel
Hi,What's in your .htaccess file? If you've customised it, does it work when the stock .htaccess file is restored? Is there a .htaccess file above the WHMCS directory? Because I am seeing other people with this issue on the form, one guy even uninstalled his entire WHMCS installation... I found a fix. I had to remove my WHMCS System URL (General Settings), and put it back(same url) and press save. This got rid of my redirect loop.
