wh4s Posted December 18, 2014 Share Posted December 18, 2014 Hi, We are having a problem where auto generated invoices for product renewals are being created and then set to Cancelled. We manually go in and mark them to Unpaid, but when the cron runs again it sets them back to Cancelled again. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix the problem?
