WizTech Posted December 2, 2014 Share Posted December 2, 2014 I just realized why no one was signing up for subscriptions - the buttons are flashed on the screen and then the page redirects immediately to paypal. They aren't given the choice! I've not read anything about this anywhere. I offer one-time payments so both buttons are visible before the redirect. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 3, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 3, 2014 Hi, In that case it would probably be best to change the Setup > General Settings > Ordering tab > Auto Redirect on Checkout option to "Automatically take the user to the invoice".
