Rockyuk Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 Hi Everyone, I am getting a strange problem with my support ticket system. Only recently when a client submits a support ticket it show awaiting reply when i log in. When i client on the ticket it then goes to the next screen which says there are no tickets? I have two tickets awaiting answering now and i cannot access either of them? This has never happened before anyone know how to fix it?
