Physical Storage by meter

AaronvDijk

Question

Goodday,

One of our customers wants a invoice system. But his company is a storage/garage for cars, boats, campers etc.. so the clients will pay a yearly fee for each meter they use.

The only thing is that the customer wants is that the clients setup there contracts from the website and fill in some special fields like: Number plate, insurance details, length and few more that may change over the years time.

So to make it short this is what we need..

  • Price per meter
  • Yearly payment
  • Storage date: Start till End x Price per meter
  • clients fill in the details them self and a storage keepers may modify it
  • Some details may change and can be edited by users (number plates)

Aaron

Sorry for some grammatical errors.

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in WHMCS. I think this would indeed be possible, you can set the product base price to 0.00 and use a quantity configurable option to allow clients to select the number of metres and they will be charged accordingly on an annual basis.

You could even increase the product base price if there's a sort of 'standing fee' per year.

Custom product fields could then be used for registration plates etc.
