After several hours no replies to an urgent ticket. The support phone number on paypal for whmcs is not even valid and gets answered by some guy who is clearly annoyed that people keep phoning him. I have been a loyal license holder of whmcs for many years already so I would expect a decent response time for urgent tickets.
