aspidagrant Posted November 3, 2014 Share Posted November 3, 2014 All of my invoices that were set to automatically bill came through with this error: Invoice ID => 170 User ID => 77 Amount => 90.00 No Client Profile ID Found None of the charges went through. Some people logged in and manually paid their bill and it worked through Auth.net CIM. I tested the CIM system with a manual payment before and it worked fine, so I assumed the automatic payments would work too. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 5, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 5, 2014 Hi, Had the affected clients paid at-least one invoice manually via Auth.net CIM (ie. via the initial order process or by clicking "Pay Now" on an invoice)? That is necessary to create their account in the CIM system and store their card details. You will then see a reference ID on the "Manage Credit Card" popup inside WHMCS.
