pentabase Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 Dear Fellow WHMCS users, Perhaps i'm thinking to difficult or i'm looking at the wrong place. But 3 months ago I made a product that has to be paid every month instead of the regular year based subscriptions. The strange thing now is that despite my 14 days reminder email, the reminders for this product are sent every week. So my client that uses this product is getting a bit "annoyed" . WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 22, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 22, 2014 Hi, Please confirm it's definitely the Overdue Notice email being sent and not just the Credit Card Payment Failed email.
