netwood Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 I'm struggling a bit with an issue. Is it possible to make a product addon required? Product addon's by default is a checkbox but with some of our services, the customer has to buy a certain piece of equipment. I'm afraid that they will not check the addon when they order if it's not required. I tried configuring it with "Configurable options" but that doesn't work either because it's not an option and I can't make an "option" required.
