CustomerSuppliedPrice for EAP is invalid or missing

Trying to register .church domains with enom and getting the following error fed back in the admin area.

Also, (this is really for enom I suppose), but the price for .church domains under pricing when logged into my account is $26. However, when I do a manual search, they are going to charge me $147. I'm not going to blindly submit registrations through the api if they are going to dump that much out of my account each time. Is this familiar to anyone?

EAP = Early Access Program, but the UTC time for these domains is 16.00 today - which is 16.00 GMT. So we should not be in EAP mode. (Or am I wrong here)?

maybe they're premium domains and that's the reason for the inflated price?

whois will just tell you if a domain is available (or at least not in the whois db), it can't tell you if it's premium and how much it will be - you would probably need a lookup that uses API, rather than whois, to determine both availability and price.

i've never used enom with whmcs, so I don't know if their registrar module has this option.

can't help with the error message either - as you never told us what it was! :)

Hi Brian!,

the error message is the title of the thread.

CustomerSuppliedPrice for EAP is invalid or missing

The price being returned is for any random bunch of letters before the .church tld. It always returns $147 (which has gone up since yesterday)

The price shown in my reseller pricing section of enom is $26 for .church domains. I'm hoping I'm one hour out with BST and that at 5pm rather than 4pm general availability will kick in and the EAP will stop and prices will be $26 as expected.

OK, it;s just gone 5pm (so UTC 16:00 was 5pm in the UK). The EAP error has gone and the price on enom has come down to what it is supposed to be. BUT now getting this error in WHMCS:

CustomerSuppliedPrice is invalid or missing

Yes, running 5.3.10. Managed to register most domains. Some of the enom module error messages make no sense - but at least the main issue was mine error in thinking (as most websites told me) that UTC 16:00 was 4pm in the UK. 5pm and it all sorted.

Thanks for the input.
