WHMCS Ryan
Hello, When you accept the order is it also provisioning the VPS at the same time? If so, what are the bandwidth limits for that particular package set to in whmcs. If not, can you provide the corresponding logs from the activity and module logs. They can be found at Utilities --> Logs --> Activity Log or Module Log. --Thanks

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 28, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 28, 2014 Hi, Were you able to resolve the issue? Out of interest what module were you using?
defiant
I am so sorry for the late reply. Like I said it as a syntax error in the configurable options. It is resolved now. We're using the official SolusVM addon!
