nbthost
Hello, When a customer tries to register a domain name through our website it uses their customer information. Phone number format is 05321234567 but CNOBIN requires it to be +90.5321234567 . Did anyone had this problem? How did you solved this problem? Is there anyway to prepend country code and the dot in between the phone number. I could batch change it from the database but that would cause whole a lot of troubles since we send SMS and use the phone numbers for VOIP system. Thanks in advance
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 15, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 15, 2014 Hi, It's correct that the client's Phone Number under their profile would be 05321234567. The registrar module should append the +90 to the start of the phone number based upon the country the client selects. So provided they've selected Turkey as their country, the phone number should be passed to the registrar as +90.5321234567
