How do you find the Pending / To-Do to update when generic message is displayed.

Today we logged into WHMCS and there was a pending task:

 

"08/12/2014 Manual Upgrade Required Manual Upgrade Required for Service ID: 27"

 

 

How do we find what this is and where to upgrade it? Normally, there would be a customer associated so we can find what needs upgrading.

If you are talking about the To-Do List utility in the Admin area of WHMCS, these items are manually added as a way to remind admin users of tasks that need to be completed. I would do a search for Service ID 27 and see if there are any notes on what may need to be accomplished.

 

You can find the full To-Do List under the Utilities tab.
