mdeinhardt
Just a quick question: Is a due invoice automatically overdue? I.e. when a client orders a product and the invoice is generated, it is due that same day. But WHMS also lists it as overdue?!? Is that intended behaviour or did I just overlook where to set the period between due date and an invoice being considered as overdue? Changing the overdue reminder period under Automation doesn't change this. Thanks
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 8, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 8, 2014 Hi, Invoices become overdue once the due date has passed. By default when an order is placed it's due today. You can grant a grace period when an order is placed using the Setup > General Settings > Ordering tab > Order Grace Days tab: http://docs.whmcs.com/Ordering_Tab#Order_Days_Grace
mdeinhardt
Ah, thanks a lot, so I did overlook the grace period setting then. It was very well hidden though, right on top as the first item
