WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 4, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 4, 2014 Hi, Please re-save your general settings. Just navigate to Setup > General Settings and click "Save Changes". That should resolve the issue.
CW2305
Hi, I have this same problem. Resaving General settings didn't help, and there is no sent message recorded in the admin area for the client. Steps: Click Forgot Password?, enter email address and press reset password. Receive reset email OK with a link to reset password - which displays "Password Reset Successful" but no email sent, or recorded in admin as sent. Any help would be great.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 12, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 12, 2014 @CW2305: The behaviour you're seeing means that your templates are out of date. Please copy the pwreset.tpl and pwresetvalidation.tpl templates across form /templates/default to /templates/*your active template. Then clear your template cache (Utilities > System > System Cleanup). This will resolve the issue. Please ensure all your other templates have been updated when upgrading: http://docs.whmcs.com/Release_Notes
