sgonzalez
Hi, When you register a domain using the enom plugin, wich information is sent to enom? the one that the user has in his profile? what happens if my client does not have the area code of the phone or the city for example? will that work or enom will reject the registration? Thanks!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 16, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 16, 2014 Hi, Unless the client chooses to use a contact when ordering the domain, their profile data is used by default for all whois contact types, yes. Alternatively you can choose to use your details for the tech, billing and admin contacts (Setup > General Settings > Domains tab). But the client's profile data will always be used as the registrant. If the client's details don't meet with eNom's requirements, the registration attempt will fail, an email will be sent to your staff and an error will appear in your Activity Log and To-Do list.
