Intermittent blank feedback emails

Hi

 

I'm having a problem which I haven't been able to solve. A lot of the "Feedback Requested" emails sent out have no message body, yet some of them do. I've tried modifying the template, changing it to plain text also, but no difference.

 

Any ideas how to fix this?

Also, if I view the Email Message Log, the body of the message is there, but it doesn't get mailed out that way.

Hi,

Please navigate to Setup > General Settings and click "Save changes".

This usually helps when blank emails are being sent.
