igorek24
Hello, I'm having a problem creating a space in WebsitePanel 2.1. I have download a module for WebsitePanel from their website, set everything up and when I try to create a space, I get "Module Command Error Access Denied". When I check the logs on WebsitePanel, it shows "Get by username/password" from IP of the WHMCS server and nothing about Access Denied. BTW. I have specified a ServerAdmin credentials in WHMCS.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 15, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 15, 2014 Hi, Whilst this isn't a module we've developed. I believe support for it can be obtained from http://www.websitepanel.net/global-forums/topic/official-websitepanel-whmcs-server-module-available/
CCSupport
We use WSP/WHMCS successfully with the WSP own WHMCS module. However there are some weird thing when errors are displayed. We have had denied one end and nothing the other along with a few inconsistencies. Getting an Access Denied doesn't necessarily mean WSP has denied access...might be that WHMCS just cannot access WSP due to server config being incorrect. There are a good few reasons that a create module action won't work with WHMCS>WSP. Firstly make sure that the package names are identical as well as things like email templates enabled or disabled in both. Make sure that the Server in WHMCS is fully populated with the WSP admin (create a separate one!) login details. ALso check or uncheck the SSL box within the server as appropriate. You could also make sure that you specify the 9001 port within the portal URL (with a trailing slash) and that your Enterprise server port is populated 9002. The final thing is to make sure you have the correct ports open and accessible to WSP so 9001, 9002, 9003. More info here: http://www.websitepanel.net/global-forums/topic/website-panel-port-requirements/ Hope that helps. There's very few who use WSP with WHMCS nowadays it seems...hope you get it sorted. Happy for you to PM if you need further specific help.
