Feature Suggestion: Red warning on suspended customers tickets

I like to see a red warning somewhere when we are reply to a customer with suspended accounts.

 

It happens many times that they wrote about password problems and the only problem they have is that his account is suspended.

 

A red warning on the ticket read screen will allow us to see easily the customer suspension and don't look for other problems.
