CCSupport Posted April 18, 2014 Share Posted April 18, 2014 Hello all, I have been carrying out quite a few tests lately and I want to delete the created invoices....I have deleted the invoices within WHMCS and even the test users, however when I create another invoice it does not drop the invoice number back to the ones prior to the tests. I have gone into the database and remove the invoices from tlinvoices and tlinvoiceitems however it's still not working....any ideas? WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 21, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 21, 2014 Hi, Following your tests you can reset your database by running these commands: http://docs.whmcs.com/Maintenance You can then move the Setup > General Settings > Invoices tab > Invoice Starting # value back down to 1.
