No "Create Prorata Invoice" checkbox?

Hello,

 

I want to change the next due date on a client's product and have a prorata invoice generated accordingly.

 

On the "Pricing" tab of the product's set-up page I have the "Prorata Billing" option checked (enabled).

 

According to WHMCS documentation here (http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_Management#Mass_Updating_Services.2FAddons.2FDomains) I should have a "Create Prorata Invoice checkbox" on the screen but, I do not have one.

 

How do I do this? Is this a bug or bad documentation or am I missing something here?

Hi,

This is referring to the client's Summary tab. Click the "Mass Update Items" button and you'll see it.

Hi,

The documentation is currently:

 

To use this feature, from the Clients Summary page, simply tick the checkboxes next to the Products/Services, Addons and/or Domains you want to update, and then below the item lists click the Mass Update Items button.

 

I'd welcome your suggestions for how we might make this clearer.
