canuckhost
Hello, I want to change the next due date on a client's product and have a prorata invoice generated accordingly. On the "Pricing" tab of the product's set-up page I have the "Prorata Billing" option checked (enabled). According to WHMCS documentation here (http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_Management#Mass_Updating_Services.2FAddons.2FDomains) I should have a "Create Prorata Invoice checkbox" on the screen but, I do not have one. How do I do this? Is this a bug or bad documentation or am I missing something here? Thanks canuckhost
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 18, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 18, 2014 Hi, This is referring to the client's Summary tab. Click the "Mass Update Items" button and you'll see it.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 23, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 23, 2014 Hi, The documentation is currently: To use this feature, from the Clients Summary page, simply tick the checkboxes next to the Products/Services, Addons and/or Domains you want to update, and then below the item lists click the Mass Update Items button. I'd welcome your suggestions for how we might make this clearer.
