Is this happening on 5.3.3 or 5.3.4?

It is happening on 5.3.4(updated today).

 

I've uploaded modules/registrars/resellerclub folder that belongs to 5.3.3 and problem solved which means resellerclub module provided with 5.3.4 is not working.

 

Using PHP 5.2.17(if related somehow).
