stef_dotcom Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 Hi, We've just noticed (through pure luck) that a particular customer hasn't been invoiced correctly. They have a service with one addon that they pay for annually. For the last 2 years these have both been invoiced on the same date with no problems. The latest invoice however doesn't have any mention of the addon and no other invoices were raised for it either. I have checked all the logs but nothing was done to the client's account or the service or addon details at all, it simply wasn't included in the last invoice for some unknown reason. Does anyone have any experience of these sort of odd billing anomalies that could point me in the direction of where to look to find the cause? imaticon Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 Hi, Yes, this sounds to me. Have a look at tblhostingaddons and check if the field "paymentmethod" is empty.
