[confirmed] Mass Mail Tool issue

Confirmed on beta and on stable until now.

I can't write anything *NOT* using the Editor.

 

Steps to reproduce:

Mass Mail Tool >

Email Type: General

Client Group > I select one

Compose:

 

I write a subject and I just press Enable/Disable Editor to completely disable it.

TinyMCE scr*ws up greek characters (entities should be on raw but that's another story)

so I was trying to write pure html only. Without the editor at all.

 

 

Click Send Message:

It doesn't somehow understands that there is a message written. I am forced to enable editor to "understand" it but it scr*ws with greek characters then. And I am getting on BETA:

 

Validation Error

You must enter a message to send

 

 

And on stable right now different one but same results:

No Recipients

The criteria selected for this email has resulted in no recipients which means it cannot be sent

 

Of course if I just click one more time the "Enable/Disable Editor" button I can send it.

 

But even one click and TinyMCE messes up with encoding.

This issue was discovered during internal testing and was given the case number: 3912. When the issue is resolved you will see it in the changelog. Thanks for the report.
