[unconfirmed] Free order due changing variables

Recently we received an order as below.

As you can see the amount of the order is 0.00, while the setup is set on anually including price.

This might be caused due changing the variables, is there any fix yet?

 

whmcs version using: 5.2.15

Can you open a ticket with our support team to investigate this further? If this is a one time event and not something you can provide reproduction steps, its not something we can say much more about in the bug reporting forum. We need to check the invoice details, activity log, pricing setup, promotion setup, etc.
