arjanvr Posted December 24, 2013 Share Posted December 24, 2013 I setup my product(s) as Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed But when an order is placed it is not auto activated but put to pending. sfwebhostin Posted December 24, 2013 Share Posted December 24, 2013 Hello, What type of service do you provide? that would depends on the type of service, example Hosting using Cpanel, you need to add server by going to > Setup > Product/Services > Servers follow the instructions here Once it is has been, kindly visit product/services created by going to Setup > Sub menu Product/Service > Click the Hosting Plan you want as automation with the Edit option > under Module Settings > Choose Module Name and Server Group according to what you have done in step 1 above I hope this help you 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
