Blank Page

Hi, I want to send a mass mail to my customers.

 

So I go to mass mail tool http://i.imgur.com/vM8CWKv.png

 

Then when I click Compose Message I get a blank page

I did that now I get this error

 

 

I have no idea what line 0 means.

I never edited that file, this is a screen shot of that file

I assume you are using the latest version (5.2.14). If so, did you copy over the admin templates, when you updated to the latest version (5.2.14)? Also, have you tried clearing your templates cache (templates_c folder) and your web browser cache?

Yes I am using the latest version, and yes I copied over everything.

 

I also just cleared the template cache and same error.

This error suggests some files are missing or did not upload correctly. Please download the latest full release package from our members area and upload all files again ensuring they overwrite the existing files successfully.

 

If you've customised your admin directory name, don't forget to rename the /admin directory after uploading.

Did you manage to resolve the issue? If so how? As I am having the identical issue with the same area of WHMCS in version 5.2.15 and haven't get found a way of successfully resolving the issue.
