Hi,

This suggests some files were missing or did not upload successfully. To resolve this please download the 5.2.14 full release package from our client area and upload the contents - ensuring all files overwrite successfully. Do not upload /install or configuration.php.

If you have customised your admin directory name, be sure to rename the /admin directory after uploading.

Finally clear your template cache (Utilities > System > System Cleanup) and your browser cache - this will resolve the issue.
