othellotech
enom haven't authorised the IP address doing the connection - you need to provide their support with the correct ip for accessing the API
edwardmill
he did everything and enom authorize his IP too but still getting same error.
ZeroGravity
Did you every find a solution for this. I am having the same problem. The correct IP address has been whitelisted by enom in both live and test APIs bit I am still getting the not permitted error.
Damo
This will only happen if the incorrect IP has been whitelisted. It may not be the dedicated IP of the site, but rather the outbound IP that the server is using to connect to enom.
ZeroGravity
Thanks Damo. I thought about that last night and asked eNom to change the IP to the server IP instead of my dedicated IP and I am off an running. Thanks for your reply!!
